there might be few things you might have to know in order to make it run:
1. if you couldn't make a new folder, right click on "PhonePlugins" folder and select "Get info", and on the bottom right corner unlock it and choose all the names to have access "Read & Write" next, by little gear sign apply this to all enclosed folders; Now you are able to make a new folder in that address

2. if still iSync couldn't sync with your W960, you need to download Sony "Ericsson iSync software" from
http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/sonyericssonisync/c902?cc=gb&lc=en
after installing; "Open Bluetooth Setup Assistant" ( choose bluetooth sign on the most top menu bar and press Setup Bluetooth Device...,) now take it forward and choose "Set up iSinc to transfer contacts and events". At the end it will open iSinc and search for your W960 and will do the job.

How does this plug-in, or rather isync, work? Mine is wierd. Sometimes it's only syncing from phone to mac, and soemtimes it's the other way round. I really couldn't predict it.
